Merchandising assistant
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production teams to develop and manufacture furniture products
- Follow established manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently
- Monitor and adjust production processes as needed to meet production targets and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or related field preferred
- Knowledge of woodworking tools and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Manage and mentor design team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in furniture design.
- Expertise in 3D design software and rendering tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on international markets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search.
- Conduct research and analysis to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and content.
